Terms and Conditions
These terms of agreement are applied between OOO ”Forenom” and the Customer when the Customer makes a reservation for accommodations from Forenom and when Forenom provides these services for the Customer. The Parties to the Contract are the Customer and OOO Forenom (hereinafter referred to as the Forenom)
Accommodation
Forenom is obligated to make sure that the reserved resident is available during the period determined in the agreement and equipped as agreed.
In case Forenom cannot exceptionally provide the Customer with the reserved accommodations for the whole period of accommodation, or in case using replacement accommodations is necessary for other important reasons, Forenom has the right to relocate the Resident to corresponding accommodations without causing extra expenses to the Customer.
Accommodation periods are divided as follows: 3 days – less than, week, and month.
Minimum reservation is three (3) nights.
Fixed-term agreement cannot be terminated by the Customer during the period of validity.
The Customer does not have the right to hand over the rented apartment or its part to a third party without the permission of the literal confirmation by Forenom.
The regular check-in time is 15.00 and check-out time is 12.00 in the afternoon. Any variation of these times is negotiable, but ought be done 12 hours before time in question.
Pick up of keys: You can come to our office during opening hours to pick up the keys of your rental (Monday to Friday from 10am-6pm. Address: Nevsky Prospekt 1, office 625. Second option is to reserve driver from Forenom. Driver will pick you, drive to the apartment, hand over the keys, and introduce the apartment. Pick up service have to be ordered independently. For arrivals out of the agency's opening hours, the customer is recommended to choose this service and reserve a driver. Third option is to order key delivery& introduction, in which case Customer meets company representative at the address of apartment in question. For departures you have also all options in use.
The number of occupants is not limited nevertheless, it must not exceed the maximum occupancy as stated on the company's site.
The premises shall not be occupied or left in the care of anyone not listed as a guest.
In the case of force majeure, or if for any reason the accommodation originally reserved is not available, the company reserves the right to substitute a property of similar standard and sleeping capacity.
Payments and security deposit
Charging unit is conditional on period of staying as follows:
daily price when staying 3 nights – less than a week
week price when staying a week – less than a month
month price when staying over a month.
100% prepayment is required when period of staying is a month or less.
If staying over a month or permanently, further payment time is agreed individually.
If paying the whole accommodation fee 30 days before beginning of the accommodation, client gets 5% discount, and if paying 15 days before beginning of the accmmodation the discount is 2,5% of the total fee.
By paying the security deposit during three bank days from the moment of the reservation, client assures the reservation. Security deposit is considered as a confirmation of your reservation.
Security deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you are aware of your own rights and obligations and Forenom's policy in terms of apartments' reservation, cancellation and payment issues.
Security deposit is nonetheless collected no later than in the beginning of the rent relationship.
Security deposit is returned to Customer at the end of the rent relationship, once all the payment obligations have been performed, there is no damage to the apartment, apartment has been cleaned and keys turned in.
Security deposit is equivalent to time of your staying as depicted in the chart below.

Cancellation
Should the customer wish to cancel or amend a reservation, all cancellation announcements must be made in writing (email or fax).
The cancellation will be regarded as being received at the time the information of the cancellation in question has reached Forenom.
Once you have paid for your reservation, the following cancellation policy applies:
No later than 30 days (4 weeks) prior to the starting date of the accommodation, 100% of the incurred payments will be returned
Between 29 - 15 days prior to the starting date of the accommodation, 50% of the incurred payments will be returned
Less than 14 days prior to the starting date of the accommodation, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
Damage and Loss
If turns out that the Customer or the Resident has essentially violated this agreement, Forenom has the right to cancel the accommodations agreement during the accommodations period.
Disruptive behaviour, loud music late at night or early in the morning, any other breaches of regulations are not tolerated. Failure to comply with this will cause penalties and fines.
Customer is liable for paying for any damage or loss to the apartment or it's contents that may occur during the Customer's rental period, whether caused accidentally or otherwise, by the Customer(s) or the Customers's visitors. Nevertheless, this liability does not include any malfunction of the apartment's facilities, appliances, fixtures, equipment, electronics or furniture that may result from normal wear and use.
The Customer must inform Forenom without delay of the damages done to the accommodations. The notification must be given immediately both to the housing's maintenance service and to Forenom if repairs must be done immediately in order to prevent the damage from spreading. A customer who neglects their obligation to report is responsible for damages caused by their negligence.
Forenom has the right to use the security deposit either in part or in full to perform payment obligations, to repair potential damages done to the apartment, for cleaning and emptying the apartment and for office expenses.
Facilities and services
In order to inspect the condition and maintenance of the accommodations, the Customer must, without delay, allow Forenom's representative to visit the location. Forenom will inform a visit no later than two hours before visiting apartment. In case the Customer has ordered such services as cleaning etc. from Forenom that require visiting the accommodations, the Resident will not be informed of the visits in advance.
When the term of the accommodations agreement ends, the location must be returned to Forenom carefully cleaned and emptied of the Customer's personal belongings, unless otherwise agreed with Forenom.
All apartments include a kitchen or kitchenette equipped with cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils. Moreover, china, cutlery, bed linen and towels in the apartment are prepared only for the number of people stated in the contract.
You are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment during your stay and before you check. You're asked to use your apartment with care and respect, to leave the apartment in the same state of cleanness as you found it, to let all furniture at their initial place, clean all the dishes you might have used and put them away at their initial place and to empty the apartment from any trash before your departure. You are not required to wash the linens and towels.
General
The Forenom Company reserves the right to make changes in the Terms and the Conditions Statement.
Personal information submitted will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
